The house has a huge master and 5 luxury guest rooms with 2 king size beds (2.4 meter x 1.8 meter each), an additional TV-room and three separated houses for employees, the service area. The big master bedroom has 202 sq meter with an ocean view terrace. The estate was built extremely well by a famous Mexican Architect and the German owner of the house.
All bedrooms with A / C. Big living room connected to the terrace and the 25m x 7m competition overflow pool with two lanes. The dining room is for up to 16 persons as well connected to the terrace. Total living area is 1500sqmeter ( 16000sqfeet ).

The property has a staff of 7 people. housekeeper, chef, gardener, service, pool man and watchman. The trained crew will make you feel at home with service comparable to a 5 star world class resort.

The house is 10km outside of the famous surfing paradise of Puerto Escondido direction to Mazunte and Huatulco (South). This is the best place for an individual holiday to relax, to do sport, to meet Mexican culture and people to enjoy best food and everything else what you always missed in the past. You will see whales, dolphins, sea turtles and jumping manta rays directly in front of the villa. To protect nature and environment only some private villas are build here. Hotels and resorts are not allowed to build. The tranquility all around is fantastic. The famous culture city of Oaxaca is very close ( 140km ) and to reach with a little plane from Puerto Escondido in 35min and in 2018 at the new highway in 1h 40min.

The weather is great 12 month a year. From November to may its sunny everyday with 30-32 degrees. From june to october it is also very sunny with 33-34 degrees. The watertemperatur of the ocean and the pool is about 30 degrees the entire year. The Estate is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass and palms and lagoons. At the of the end of the Sierra Madre del Sur mountain range that snakes through Oaxaca, Mexico, and down to the Pacific Ocean, lies the coastal resort of Puerto Escondido, 180 miles from the state capital. According to experts, Puerto Escondido is among the ten best surfing sites on the planet. But there’s more to Puerto Escondido than its awesome waves and vibrant nightlife. The area surrounding the bay has a wealth of natural wonders. Just 20 minutes north of Puerto Escondido, birders can rent kayaks or motorboats to view the pelicans, hawks, hummingbirds, spoonbills and more that inhabit the mangrove forests of the Manialtepec Lagoon. Alternatively, if you’re looking for an authentic ethnic experience, visit the communities nearby and learn a little of their customs. Mazunte, for example, is a small village whose inhabitants have dedicated themselves to protecting the natural environment. They invite visitors on eco-tours on foot, on horseback or by rowboat. Mazunte is also home to the Centro Mexicano de la Tortuga, a turtle sanctuary that shelters specimens of every marine and land turtle species found in Mexico. Closer to Puerto Escondido, just 15 minutes away, Ventanilla is an ecological reserve for families wanting to explore the imposing rock formations that dominate the beach, spend time getting to know the indigenous community and maybe even watch baby turtles hatch in the moonlight. The longer you stay here, the harder it is to leave this tranquil and unspoiled paradise.
